- How long is the typical wait?

There is no usual wait time -we may have a last minute opening, or we may be booked for months!
Once artwork orders are placed the usual wait time for the finished product is 6-8 weeks.
- How long does a session last?

Having photographed countless pet sessions over the years, I have found that one hour has been enough time to capture more than enough quality images. I work in a calm but efficient manor and find that pets loose interest or become fatigued if drawn out too long. That said I never watch the clock, and make sure I feel confident I have the images needed to make my clients happy!
- Can I be in some images with my pet?

Absolutely! We love capturing the connection between pets and their loved ones! Be sure to mention during your pre-session consultation so we can plan for that.
- Do you only photograph dogs?

No! While dogs tend to make up the majority of our clients, we have seen everything from cats, rats, lizards, snakes, chinchillas, birds, and even a pet pig in our studio, as well as horses on location.
Whatever your beloved pet happens to be, and you are looking for the joy of capturing their image to display in your home, we will be thrilled to photograph them!
- Do you only work in the studio?

While the majority of our sessions do take place in the studio, we definitely can work outside on location or even your home. It all comes down to the look and style you desire for your artwork.
We will discuss this during your pre-session consultation.
- Do you have a cancellation/rescheduling policy?

While we understand that life happens, we request a 48 hour notice if at all possible for rescheduling.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the $149 portion of the session fee unless we are able to rebook your time slot.
- What if I am not happy with the images?

First of all, its never happened! Sometimes clients think their pet was not cooperating and that there would not be any images that they liked, but are surprised to find they love more than they can select. That said, we want you to be completely satisfied with your images and should you not find any that you love, we will schedule a reshoot.
- Do I get the digital files?

Yes! You will receive a digital file of every image you order as artwork, formatted for social media.
- What if I can't decide which images I want?

While my experience has shown that clients very often find they love more images than they expected, our pre-planning, establish artwork needs and budget, along with my fun and efficient system for viewing and selecting images helps tremendously.
We do expect orders to be decided at the design appointment so it's important that anyone who has a say in the decision making attend that appointment.
We do not place images online for viewing. Time has proven this to not only be ineffective, but to be a disservice to our clients, as our expertise in this process is critical for guiding you to a final decision.
